William D. Watson
has over 23 years of field experience in the execution of geophysical and
hydrographic programs in the Arctic and Sub-Arctic areas of Alaska, from
the Beaufort Sea to the Gulf of Alaska. He has managed more than 75
projects since he started Watson Company in 1985 and is responsible for
Watson Company field programs, reporting, data analysis, and permit
compliance. Mr. Watson's professional area of expertise is marine geophysical
data acquisition with an emphasis on the interpretation and presentation
of geophysical data sets. He has over 21 years of experience
with state of the art sonar, seismic systems, and image processing
techniques to create seafloor maps including the processing and
interpretation of
seismic data. Mr. Watson’s field and data integration experience has lead to
the successful development of new technologies in marine geophysics,
including the Watson Forward Looking Sonar (WFLS) and Watson Geophysical Mapping
System (WGMS).

Glenn D. Aronwits
has nineteen years experience working as a supervisor for geophysical
and hydrographic field operations including, project coordination,
management, mobilization, field logistics, and data acquisition.
Mr. Aronwits is Watson Company Inc.’s, Data Processing Manager for
geophysical and hydrographic data. He is responsible for all
computer system development for data reduction
including, seismic data reduction, side scan sonar data interpretation,
production of hydrographic charts and quality control of of the data. He
has been instrumental in the development of a database design of a
Geographic Information System (GIS) for offshore hazard data. His
experience with GIS includes database design,
implementation, data conversion, quality control and the integration of geophysical data
with client data sets. |

Brian D. Benson is an Alaska professional engineer with over 19 years
experience in project management and supervision, including 15 years
of Alaskan experience. He has been involved in offshore operations
including geotechnical borehole programs and geophysical data
acquisition. Mr. Benson has extensive state of the art computerized
mapping experience correlating geotechnical and geophysical data
sets. He has managed many geotechnical and seafloor surveys within Alaska, including
Cook Inlet, and the Beaufort Sea. He has extensive in experience in
project management for remote projects in Alaska and Russia. Mr.
Benson has been integral in the development of Watson Company Inc.'s
GIS mapping projects. Responsibilities included management of a
Geotechnical program for compiling all available borehole data
collected Beaufort Sea from 1979 – 1999. |
